A LIFETIME Limited WARRANTY and what that means for you
Dear Valued Customer:
For the time that you own your vehicle, whether it’s a new model or a restored model, the body replacement parts that you purchased from Alpha One Collision & Paint, LLC, whether aftermarket, new or refurbished are guaranteed and warranted for the duration that you own your truck or car.
This means that your truck or car parts will not rust out and if you have a problem with perforation (rust through), you can make a claim and get the item replaced.

Alpha One Collision Written Lifetime Warranty
This is a fragmented seven-part Limited Warranty, and stipulations pertaining to each fragmented part are stated hereafter: Alpha One Collision, LLC agrees to provide the vehicle owner with a limited repair warranty covering all PDR and conventional repairs. The warranty includes workmanship, including necessary refinishing, for as long as the customer owns the vehicle and guarantees corrective repairs will be provided at no additional cost. We acknowledge that our workmanship guarantee may not extend to normal wear and tear, or any prior damage.
1. METALWORK
Provided is a LIFETIME WARRANTY, from effective date stated herein, on all metalwork and framework, to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting or deterioration, excluding rust repairs.
2. PAINTING, STRIPES AND DECALS
Provided is a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY, from effective date stated herein, on painting-related — priming and paintwork again solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation, and, a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY on the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals.
3. MECHANICAL REPAIRS
Provided is amLIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY, from effective date stated herein, on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to original collision damage.

4. PARTS
Provided is a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY, from effective date stated herein, unless manufacturer’s warranty is less or more, on new parts installed by or at the Alpha One Collision, LLC. (Please Note: Our warranty does not exceed the manufacturer’s warranty.)

5. SECTION 1-4
Alpha One Collision, LLC will repair, repaint, or replace any items in section 1-4, when a claim is made while the present owner stated herein owns the vehicle, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle.

6. SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED
A. Incidental costs, such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses, or assemblies and components which are not specifically covered by this LIMITED WARRANTY, nor are consequential damages such as damage to other assemblies and components resulting from a defective part or installation of such part installed or repaired during the repair. B. Rust … Surface rust, rust through, and/or damage caused by rusting of interior or exterior panels is not covered. THIS STATES ALL THE LIMITED WARRANTIES made by Alpha One Collision, LLC and contains the only promises for which it will be responsible.

7. CUSTOMER'S OBLIGATIONS
In order to obtain the benefits of this warranty, the owner of the vehicle muse presents the owner’s copy of the warranty document to the warrantor or other authorized repairers before requesting warranted repairs or parts.
